Tierney and Gregory are the epitome of the modern couple! These two met on OkCupid six years ago, recently got engaged and are getting married in TWO WEEKS! They’ll have their ceremony at the San Marcos courthouse and a small backyard reception afterwards. Tierney is a florist at one of my favorite local spots I discovered since moving back to San Diego: The Flower Shop Encinitas. So, she’s obviously creating her own bouquet and all floral designs for the day. They dipped into decor with me too! Sharing that there will be lots of colors, Mexican blankets, and after these super fun engagement session outfits, I just can’t even imagine the mix of colors and pattern play- it’s going to be epic. 

I always love to ask about proposal stories because it’s relevant and because I just love hearing them. These lovers decided together and just kind of talked about it. Which I think is so genuine and modern, and I absolutely loved hearing them tell me about how that conversation changed their lives! 

Anyways, more about their Batiquitos Lagoon Engagement Session: we ventured out to the trail and it was a perfect day with very few people out, so enjoy those super wide shots below! ;) We had just an hour to get all of the spots and poses that I planned for them and we got it ALL! Full sun, shade, playing around, romantic kisses, tender embraces, you name it. It was so fun to get spend time with you, Tierney and Gregory, and I wish you the best wedding day ever!
